The image with a long history, rooted in the Middle Eges of ancient Rus'. This icon was painted more or less accidentally. I already painted this image in 2006, and those icon clearly "outdated" for me. I decided to repaint it when my polish student asked for my help with the drawing of this icon. The icon is completely gilded and has a smooth original ornamental pattern on its wide margins.

One of the most recognisible images in ancient Russian iconography. I was asked to paint this icon for the wedding of our friends daughter. I performed the order, but the icon decided ro stay home. The backgrounf and the halo of the icon is gilded.

This icon was painted during the first tutorial video course recording. The first icon with this image was painted earlier, in 2019 and is part of a large diptych alone with the icon of Mother of God "Glykophilousa". The golden halo was added afterwards.

It's very popular and beloved plot of ancient Bysantine iconography, depicted a scene from the life of the Prophet in a desert. The icon was painted during the masterclass in Laski (Warsaw) in January 2024 and was finished and partially gilded at my studio in Boston MA.

The first original icon with this image was painted in 2021 like an example for using it on the living courses. This icon was performed on my class in Tynec (Krakow) in January 2024 and was finished in Boston MA also. The golden halo and the cartouches were aded. The icon board has a small glued crack the right bottom part.

This image was especially prapared for the offline live courses. I changed golden assist on the hymation of baby Savior to the highlights with a delicate pattern that students could have an opportunity to finish their icons until the end of course. The icon was painted in Tynec (Krakow) in December 2023 and was completed at home afterwards.

The original icon was created several years ago and has full statured figures of Mary and Elisabeth with Jesus and John in their wombs. My Polish students strongly asked me to paint this image on our living classes and I prepared a short or cutted version of it in order to meet the course deadline. The double class on this image was held in a place called Budy Glogowskie not far from the big city of Rzeszow in Poland. Like my other live classes icons this one was partially gilded and completed in Boston MA.

The icon of the Mother of God of Korsun was one of the most important shrines in ancient Russia. According to the legacy of Orthodox Church it was brought to Kiev from Korsun (Chersonesos) by Saint Prince Vladimir. I already painted icon of this type, but I had to adapt it for my live class, which took place in Poznan in January 2024. It was finished later in my Boston studio as well.
